    Call Recorder
The EyeSDN USB-E1 is the recording and test system designed for ISDN primary rate interfaces. It records data of up to 30 channels simultaneously. The calls are recorded in WAV format and can be played back using a WAV audio player. You can define rules for recording in advance to minimise the amount of stored voice data. You determine which calls or numbers should be stored and which not. These rules can be set differently for each connected device. Further information about the call recording software you will find here.

    Protocol Analysis
Use D-Channel results to analyse the ISDN-protocol layers and find faults that are otherwise hard to detect. Excellent for mobile use! For educational purposes you can utilise the device to demonstrate the practical operation of the network protocol visually.

    Network Traffic Sniffer
Record and analyse all traffic running through your dial-up PPP link to provide hard evidence for computer crimes (worms, dialer) or provider malfunction. Easy diagnosis of any dial-in problems.

    ISDN Test- and Measurement Device
The EyeSDN USB-E1 device assists you in the detection of ISDN wiring problems. The device can detect errors in the physical layer by providing information about LOS, AIS and G.704-framing.

    Collection of Call-Related Data
The EyeSDN USB-E1 device collects call-detailed record (CDR) data for calculation of charge information or measurement of service quality parameters (e.g. number of calls, time from ring to answer or engaged parties). The collected data can be exported to a comma separated list for further processing (e.g. in Excel).

    Integration with OEM Software
The open and documented socket interface makes it easy for third parties to use the call recording service in their applications. So the EyeSDN USB-E1 offers a low cost measurement probe for ISDN interface.
